I have joined the Bali Hope Challenge and am fundraising for Bali Children Foundation, an award-winning charity focussed on lifting disadvantaged communities out of poverty. Due to the crisis their work is even more important right now.

Day 4 - Scenic walk in Ubud

Thursday 24th Sep
I bet you wondered where my Day 2 and Day 3 go. Well I didn't include them because I didn't do anything! Was busy with work. But today I had quiet a walk, 4.7km. I started from Warwick’s place, one of my team mates, down to the King’s Palace and up to Campuhan Ridge Walk and back to Warwick’s.

I forgot to scale my weight before the walk, but I did afterwards. I’m 75,7 kg at the moment. 

Will do some more exercise early morning tomorrow. So, we shall see 😁

Day 1

Monday 21st Sep
I have just registered for Bali Hope Challenge 2.0! Yeaaay!

The platform is a great way to support the education of students living in a disadvantaged community in Bali while losing 6 COVID kilos.

I haven't set my running gears ready yet, but will do on day 2.
